Getting Your Peace Corps 60th Anniversary Op-Eds Published

21 Sep 2021
7:00pm - 8:00pm CDT

In an effort to use the 60th anniversary of the Peace Corps to let our communities know that the Peace Corps is needed now more than ever and to build support for the Peace Corps Reauthorization Act, we have been co-hosting a series of special Op-Ed trainings (part of a five-week push) in conjunction with NPCAs Advocacy committee. This is the last opportunity in the series, before we return to our Letters to the Editor trainings.

Our new goal: Let’s get at least 30 published Op-eds around the country in conjunction with the September 22nd anniversary of the signing of the Peace Corps Act into law!

Remaining meetings (we're also calling them Office Hours) will be held on 9/21/2021 at 8 PM Eastern | 5 PM Pacific on these Tuesdays. Mark your calendar!

Please feel free to reach out to Dylan Hinson, dylanhinson@gmail.com, with any questions about the Op-Ed campaign or our regular Letters to The Editor trainings. These techniques can be used for any topic that you feel passionately about. Peace Corps funding and support? Refugee and immigration challenges? Speak out!
